The village where our house is situated. It is quite a large village and has the local school near the centre. Some of the houses are only occupied at weekends - with those who live in the cities returning to look after their large gardens. It is a fairly typical rural village.

The village centre is a 10 minute walk. Once there you will find a post office and a couple of well stocked small shops in the square.

The views around the village are extensive with the mountains in all directions - although in winter the visibility is limited occasionally!
